Flame & Fork began in 2012 when our founders, Maria and Ben, parked a beat-up food truck on the corner of Maple and 4th. Armed with a grill, a family sauce recipe, and a stubborn belief that fast food could actually be good, they started serving smash burgers to the lunchtime crowd.
Thirteen years later, we've grown into a proper restaurant with a wood-fired oven, a loyal team, and lines out the door on Friday nights — but the mission hasn't changed. We still source from local farms whenever we can, still press every burger to order, and still treat every guest like a regular.
